Biography
1962 Born in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China

1987 Graduated from the China Central Academy of Fine Arts with a bachelor degree in printmaking. In that year he began work at Factory 541 (now the Beijing Mint). He resigned in December to return home and marry Wen Suhua.

1992 He brought his family back to Beijing. He has worked as an independent painter ever since.
